Join Pomelo Care as a Temp Sourcer for a 3-month term with the option to extend. In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and activating top-tier passive talent across high-priority organizations. You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, engage and screen passive talent, and partner closely with recruiters. Key missions: Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for high-priority roles.. Proactively identify, engage, and screen passive talent using advanced Boolean search, professional networks, and talent databases.. Craft highly personalized, compelling messaging to drive strong response rates and effectively convert passive prospects into active candidates. Profile: - 3+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong track record of generating qualified candidate pipelines for competitive roles - Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can easily pivot as business needs evolve - Deeply resourceful, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while keeping communication channels open with the broader team - Expertise in leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools/techniques to surface top-tier talent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise and build fast trust with cross-functional leaders
