Role Overview

Real Estate Photo Editor (Fully Remote) Edit and enhance real estate photography to produce consistent, high-quality visual assets for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Edit ~50–60 real estate images daily, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal.
• Enhance drone photography by improving aerial images and adding landmarks, labels, annotations, and location overlays.
• Perform advanced editing: color correction, sky replacement, perspective correction, object removal, compositing, and retouching.
• Use editing tools including Affinity Photo / Affinity Designer and Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom.
• Interpret and work with architectural plans, blueprints, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on project requirements, branding guidelines, and delivery expectations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Support additional administrative/operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional photo editing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience editing drone photography, including adding landmarks/annotations/overlays.
• Strong proficiency in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer; Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom experience required.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings/blueprints and property documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high image volumes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in a fully remote team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable; willing to support operational responsibilities.
