Real Estate Photo Editor

Role Overview

You’ll be a Real Estate Photo Editor supporting remote real estate marketing by producing consistent, high-quality edited visuals for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Edit approximately 50–60 real estate images daily with consistent quality and accuracy.
• Enhance drone photography by improving aerial images and adding landmarks, labels, annotations, or location overlays.
• Perform advanced photo editing, including:
  • color correction and sky replacement
  • perspective correction
  • object removal
  • compositing and image retouching
• Use editing tools such as Affinity Photo / Affinity Designer and Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom.
• Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and related documentation to support accurate visual presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, branding guidelines, and delivery expectations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume workflow.
• Support additional operational/administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional photo editing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience editing drone photography, including annotations and visual overlays.
• Strong proficiency with Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is required.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings/blueprints and property-related documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain standards across large image volumes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication for a fully remote team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to support coordination/operational tasks.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with large-scale, high-volume image production workflows.
• Familiarity with real estate visual storytelling and marketing deliverables.
