ReactJS Frontend Developer (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, release, and maintain web applications built with React
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and define solutions
- Create low-level designs/approaches before implementation
- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end code using best practices
- Deliver high-performance, responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly UI
- Write clear, deterministic unit and integration tests
- Work with cross-functional teams (designers, back-end developers, QA)
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across browsers and devices
- Follow Agile development practices in an Agile team
- Mentor junior developers and guide front-end best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of front-end development experience with React
- 3+ years building scalable, resilient web applications at enterprise scale
- Strong state management experience with Redux and Redux Persist
- Testing experience with Jest and React Testing Library
- Real-time monitoring and error tracking experience (e.g., Sentry, LogRocket)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Angular or Vue.js
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- DevOps tooling familiarity (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions)
- Accessibility and cross-browser compatibility knowledge
- Familiarity with third-party libraries/SDKs and RESTful APIs
- Experience with web analytics, performance monitoring, and logging
- Strong Git proficiency
- Understanding of CDNs and performance optimization
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
