Profile: - Act-like-an-owner mentality: you proactively identify problems and drive them to resolution - Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor - Deep experience with UI animations and interaction design (e.g., React Native Reanimated, Gesture Handler, Lottie, or native animation APIs) - Passion for your craft and genuine care for teammates—quality in code, communication, and culture is non-negotiable - 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying iOS and Android apps with React Native - Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, including frame rate, rendering, and device resource constraints
