React Native App Developer (Full-Time, Remote)

Role Overview

Join Campaign Nucleus as a React Native App Developer to build and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications. This is a full-time remote role where you’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable, high-performing mobile experiences for campaigns and mission-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features
• Build clean, reusable, scalable components
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Optimize performance, stability, and usability
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing functionality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Help ensure apps meet quality, security, and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience building mobile apps with React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and mobile app architecture
• Experience deploying to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Strong mobile UI/UX best practices
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
• Experience using Git in a team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Native mobile development experience (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java)
• Familiarity with Expo
• Experience with SaaS platforms or data-driven applications
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Interest in civic tech, campaigns, or mission-driven organizations
