Role Overview

Senior React Developer focused on frontend/UI development, building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern frontend frameworks
Build reusable, modular UI components with component-based architecture
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to convert business requirements into solutions
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / microservices to power dynamic, data-driven UIs
Implement advanced state management using Redux, Context API, or similar tools
Optimize performance (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, performance tuning)
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive/mobile-first development
Participate in Agile/Scrum (sprint planning, ceremonies, code reviews, continuous improvement)
Write clean, testable, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns
Debug and troubleshoot UI/UX issues across environments

Requirements

6–8+ years of frontend development experience with strong React.js expertise
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development
Hands-on experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs) with React
Strong state management experience: Redux, Context API, or Zustand
Experience consuming REST APIs and handling async data (Axios, Fetch), JSON integration
Familiarity with frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, Vite, or Parcel
Version control: Git and Git hosting platforms (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI performance optimization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum with CI/CD practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills (including with distributed teams)

Nice to Have

Next.js (SSR/SSG), server-side rendering, and SEO optimization
UI libraries/frameworks: Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, Bootstrap
Cloud platforms and deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Docker and Kubernetes / containerized environments
Testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Enzyme
Web Accessibility (WCAG) and security/performance best practices (Lighthouse)
GraphQL (e.g., Apollo Client) or modern API communication methods
Experience with enterprise/high-traffic platforms and digital transformation projects
