About the role

Role overview

Outlier AI is seeking programming experts to support training and evaluation of AI models as AI Data Annotators and Reviewers (remote). You will create, analyze, and review programming-related data so AI systems can interpret and solve complex programming problems across languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Create programming-related questions and scenarios for AI training and evaluation
Review, analyze, and rate AI-generated code snippets (correctness, efficiency, best practices)
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve AI responses and accuracy
Annotate and categorize programming problems and solutions to build datasets
Collaborate with AI trainers and data scientists to improve dataset quality and consistency
Stay current with programming trends and AI development practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++)
Excellent Spanish and English skills, including explaining complex programming concepts in both languages
Strong technical writing skills in both languages (grammar, punctuation, adherence to technical standards)

Preferred qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer / Back-End Developer / Full Stack Developer
