Role: React Developer

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced React Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise web applications.

Location & Type

Build and maintain enterprise-grade SPAs using React and TypeScript
Create reusable, scalable, maintainable UI components aligned with enterprise design systems
Deliver responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers
Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
Implement client-side state management with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, or Context API
Optimize performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, virtualization, and efficient rendering
Implement authentication/authorization workflows with OAuth2/OpenID Connect and identity providers such as Azure AD, Okta, or Auth0
Build real-time functionality with WebSockets, SignalR, or SSE
Develop reusable custom hooks, utilities, and shared component packages
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot production issues and front-end performance bottlenecks
Work with DevOps to automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines

5+ years professional front-end development
4+ years hands-on React development for enterprise applications
Strong React 18+, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
Deep React knowledge: Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, Suspense, Error Boundaries, lifecycle
State management: Redux Toolkit/Redux, Zustand, React Query (TanStack Query), or Context API
CSS/Styling: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules
API integration: REST and GraphQL
Auth: JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD, Okta, Auth0, OpenID Connect
Responsive + accessibility (WCAG), semantic HTML, cross-browser compatibility
Build tools (mentioned): Vite, Webpack, Babel (and related tooling)
