Role Overview

React Developer (Contract)

You’ll join a dynamic team on a contract basis for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension. The role is remote-flexible, with an option to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js and Redux
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Consume RESTful APIs / Web Services to integrate front-end components with backend systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and follow coding standards/best practices
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Troubleshoot front-end issues and optimize performance and user experience
Support deployment and testing activities to ensure quality
Stay current with industry trends and help introduce improvements

Requirements

5+ years of professional front-end and full-stack development experience
Proficiency in React.js and Redux for scalable, maintainable UIs
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience working with RESTful APIs and Web Services
Familiarity with server-side technologies and database systems
Experience in Agile development environments
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills

Eligibility

US Citizen or authorized to work in the US (e.g., Green Card holder, GC EAD, H4 EAD, TN visa).
