Role Overview
Lead R&D execution by managing multiple engineering teams and driving delivery of high-quality, scalable software products. Embed AI-driven innovation across the organization using AI tools, automation, and modern engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams and ensure strong team performance.
- Drive delivery excellence for R&D and scalable product outcomes.
- Improve productivity and quality through adoption of AI tools and automation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, engineering leadership, and Executive leadership to align R&D execution with organizational goals.
- Continuously evolve engineering practices to support AI-driven transformation across the organization.
Requirements
- Engineering leadership experience managing teams and delivery.
- Ability to embed and operationalize AI-driven innovation within engineering processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and executive stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in shipping/logistics software and integrations across enterprise systems (ERPs, WMSs, CRMs).
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices for automation and productivity improvements.
