Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

You will lead end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy and automation for a large-scale Palantir Foundry project. You’ll manage an onshore–offshore delivery model, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the integrity of complex data pipelines, ETL rules, and Foundry-based UI.

Responsibilities

• E2E Strategy: Design and own the testing lifecycle for:
  • Data ingestion
  • Complex ETL rules
  • Foundry-based UI
• Automation: Lead automation strategy across API, UI, and ETL layers; deliver technical demos for clients.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client point of contact; manage expectations and present quality metrics.
• Global Leadership: Coordinate with offshore teams (India) and manage delivery across multiple time zones.
• Technical Oversight: Validate complex data transformations and ensure integration between backend and frontend UI.

Requirements

• Palantir Foundry experience (or strong experience with major cloud data platforms such as AWS/Azure)
• Deep expertise in ETL, API testing automation, and UI automation
• Proven experience in onshore–offshore coordination and proactive risk management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a high-pressure stakeholder environment

• Familiarity with testing AI/chatbot components
