About the role
Role Overview
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Remote) on a contract basis. You will help ensure software products meet defined quality standards through testing, validation, and close collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document test cases to validate functionality and performance
- Identify, report, and track defects to ensure fixes are resolved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements
- Automate test cases to improve regression testing efficiency and coverage
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software testability
Requirements
- Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks/tools
- Ability to write test cases and execute test plans
- Proficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
- Familiarity with API and UI testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and verify fixes
Contract Details
