Quality Assurance Engineer

Role overview

Build and maintain a scalable quality system for Go Offer’s AI automation platform and client-facing interfaces. You’ll ensure AI agent workflows work reliably from scraping through submissions and notifications.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated test suites for the core automation platform and client-facing UI
Test AI agent workflows end-to-end, from job board scraping to application submission and client notifications
Catch regressions before production and build systems to prevent repeat issues
Partner with engineers early to define testability requirements during development
Build test infrastructure that scales with the platform (quality system, not just scripts)

Requirements

3+ years of QA engineering experience, focused on automation
Strong Python skills for test automation and scripting
Experience testing APIs, async systems, and complex multi-step workflows
Ability to distinguish between coverage vs. risk-based testing
Strong quality mindset: broken workflows impact real people’s job access

Nice to have

Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or other browser automation testing
Familiarity with AI-generated outputs and how to evaluate them systematically
Background testing data pipelines or scraping systems
