Role Overview

Quality Assurance Engineer to help train AI models by evaluating AI chatbot coding challenges and assessing the quality of their outputs.

Responsibilities

Create and/or give AI chatbots coding challenges
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Diagnose issues and solve problems to improve model quality
Explain how your coding solutions address each problem

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language, specifically Python and/or JavaScript
Able to work with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Strong detail orientation
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Must be able to explain solutions to coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank style)

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
