Role overview

You will join DataAnnotation as a Quality Assurance Engineer to help train AI models. Your work involves measuring progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving issues to improve overall model quality.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (preferred for the role)
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) in a programming language such as:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how your solutions solve each coding problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed preferred but not required)

Remote position (independent contract)
