Role Overview

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for an AI-driven video generation platform. This is a remote contract role working 10–40 hrs/week, focused on manual testing and client-facing support.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual testing of an AI video generation platform, assessing functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs/issues and provide detailed reports to technical teams.
• Provide technical support to clients, clearly communicating complex information.
• Develop and execute test cases and user scenarios to validate product updates and new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and used for product improvements.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards and high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong experience with quality assurance, including manual testing and bug tracking.
• Experience in customer support or other client-facing roles; ability to explain technical concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
