About the role

Role Overview

Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (5–8 years) to build and scale a QA automation practice in a healthcare environment, ensuring high software reliability across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define QA strategy, test plans, and risk assessments
Build and scale automation frameworks for API, UI, and end-to-end testing
Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Validate AI workflows and system integrations
Ensure compliance with FHIR/HL7 and relevant healthcare standards
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Monitor defects and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills

5–8 years of QA Automation experience
Strong in Python/Java with: Selenium, Playwright, pytest, RestAssured
API testing experience (REST, GraphQL, Postman)
CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred

Healthcare domain experience (EMR/HIS, FHIR/HL7)
IoT/IoMT or real-time systems experience
BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave)
Exposure to AI/ML or conversational AI testing
