About the role

Role Overview

EBG is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II to support automated and manual software testing for its web platforms and technology solutions. The role is hands-on and focused on ensuring functional and technical quality before releases.

Responsibilities

Provide regression testing support for existing websites
Create end-to-end test plans for projects; execute and manage activities to meet objectives
Validate software across functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with legacy/external systems
Ensure all phases/features are tested and issues are identified and fixed prior to go-live
Use existing frameworks/tools to develop and execute automated test scripts
Maintain and update automation scripts as requirements change
Support QA automation efforts by mentoring QA team members (in coordination with QA Automation Engineer)
Produce manual and automated test cases from requirements
Switch between automation and manual testing as needed
Review bug fixes and minor enhancements to confirm expected results
Provide continuous iterative feedback to the developer team
Estimate tasks, track deadlines, and support delivery planning

Requirements

5+ years of real-world QA experience
3+ years of real-world test automation experience
Experience with quality management processes
Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs using REST-assured libraries
Strong automation script design, coding, debugging, and maintenance skills
Coding experience in Java
Experience with Selenium and TestNG
Foundational understanding of software design/development/architecture
Advanced knowledge of web standards, accessibility standards, and browser compatibility
Understanding of UX/UI importance
Ability to handle deadline-driven work and simultaneous projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-haves / Additional Info

Must be located in Florida and able to travel to an office for the first day
Hybrid work environment, primarily WFH/remote
