QA Manager

Role: QA Manager

Own the quality assurance (QA) and release process end-to-end, ensuring products are stable, well-tested, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own QA and release management end-to-end to ensure smooth rollouts and reliable product releases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations to coordinate and lead testing efforts.
• Define, own, and evolve QA + release processes, including lightweight, scalable testing practices.
• Develop and maintain testing practices and manage both manual and automated testing workflows.
• Coordinate testing efforts across teams and ensure risks are identified early.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA or release management (or similar).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering/product/operations).
• Strong communication, including writing test plans and raising issues effectively.
• Experience with release orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and staged deployments.
• Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
