QA Engineer

QA Engineer (AI Healthcare Platform)

You’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of an AI-powered healthcare platform where testing directly impacts real medical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, including onboarding flows and telehealth visits.
• Develop and maintain scalable automated test suites aligned with product development velocity.
• Test AI diagnostic model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and edge cases across medical conditions.
• Validate telehealth and third-party integrations (e.g., scheduling platforms, video communication tools, enterprise APIs).
• Create and execute detailed test plans for new features with product and engineering teams.
• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle, advocating for quality.
• Build/refine testing frameworks and processes to enable fast, reliable releases.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards including HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Monitor production systems and analyze user reports to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA engineering experience (preferably web and mobile).
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Proficiency testing APIs and backend systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify edge cases and potential failure modes.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
