About the role

Role Overview

Join the Business Applications team as a Salesforce QA Engineer. You will design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce features, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.

Responsibilities

Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce features and enhancements
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce and connected systems
Validate multi-system business workflows (e.g., CPQ, Zuora, DocuSign)
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clear and testable
Identify, log, and track defects, partnering with developers for fixes and retesting
Support release management, including deployment validation in sandbox and production
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage
Improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies (backlog grooming, planning, demos, retrospectives)
Support UAT sessions with business stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction

Requirements

3+ years of QA/testing experience with the Salesforce platform
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Salesforce CPQ
Experience testing integrations and end-to-end business processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools
Ability to translate business requirements into thorough test cases
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders
Knowledge of Salesforce data structures and architecture
Experience with Zuora and DocuSign integrations
Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
