About the role

Role Overview

Join Tealium’s QA team as a QA Engineer (Remote). You’ll help uphold high software quality standards by developing and executing test plans, collaborating with engineering teams, and improving QA strategies for consistent, reliable releases.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features using TypeScript and Playwright, building on existing QA frameworks
Document test cases and results clearly in the QA tracking system for transparency and reproducibility
Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Developers, and DevOps; communicate issues and findings proactively
Improve QA strategies continuously to enhance product quality and testing efficiency
Advocate for QA processes across development teams and ensure best-practice adherence
Deploy and manage builds in QA environments to support testing workflows
Analyze automated testing results, identify issues, and drive actionable insights
Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining productivity

Requirements

3–5 years of QA experience with a strong track record in software quality and reliability
Experience delivering high-availability enterprise software in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Proficiency in Playwright, TypeScript, and REST API testing with a focus on automation and scalability

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS
Experience with GraphQL
