About the role
Role Overview
FetchJobs.co is seeking a Remote Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end remote placement and hiring experience. You’ll coordinate screening, interviews, and onboarding while serving as the primary contact for candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Facilitate remote onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and clients, providing clear communication and timely updates
- Maintain and update the candidate database
- Track recruitment KPIs, generate reports, and evaluate recruitment effectiveness
- Support development of onboarding materials and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote remote job opportunities and participate in outreach to attract talent
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field (preferably with remote work exposure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ATS, remote onboarding tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (highly desirable)
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
