QA Engineer (UGG.com)

Location: Remote (West Coast preferred) Approved states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WI

Role Overview

You’ll be a key member of an Agile team, ensuring the UGG.com e-commerce platform delivers an exceptional user experience. You will test web-based UI features and help improve quality, accessibility, and performance.

Responsibilities

Rigorously test web UI features to ensure seamless, accessible, and engaging customer experiences
Collaborate with development, product, marketing, and design teams; provide actionable UX/UI and quality feedback
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery of high-impact releases
Ensure ADA compliance and meet web performance benchmarks (including Core Web Vitals)
Translate development tickets into polished, reliable features through QA guidance and feedback

Requirements

1–3 years of QA experience, specifically with web development
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a software-related field (preferred)
Strong web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to QA
Ability to communicate best practices to cross-functional teams
Familiarity with ADA and compliance standards (e.g., Core Web Vitals)
Experience with QA frameworks
