About the role

Role Overview

CORT is seeking a QA Engineer to help deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions. You will work closely with engineering and product stakeholders across CORT’s IT and Product Development teams to validate functionality, find defects early, and ensure applications meet quality standards. This is a remote role from your home office.

Responsibilities

Partner with the PeopleSoft team to test, verify, and document defects across PeopleSoft and integrated enterprise systems.
Own designated areas of PeopleSoft testing, including manual, regression, and integration testing.
Improve test assets, coverage, and quality practices; identify candidates for expanding regression test coverage.
Support Copado automated testing by executing and maintaining automated test scripts and regression suites.
Maintain automated regression tests for PeopleSoft and other supported applications/integrations to ensure stability across releases.
Provide QA/testing feedback in product scrums throughout the Agile lifecycle.
Perform mobile testing for supported applications as needed.
Meet regularly with management to review progress, priorities, and testing focus areas.

Requirements

5+ years experience in software QA / software testing (or closely related technical role).
Proven experience testing enterprise or large-scale web applications.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum.
Experience using Jira (or similar issue tracking tools).
Experience with regression testing and validating complex, integrated workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate edge cases.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ERP, or financial systems).
Experience writing/maintaining automated test suites.
Experience with CI/CD environments.
Salesforce experience.
Responsive and mobile application testing experience.
Familiarity with GitHub or other version control.
Knowledge of Python and/or Java testing environments.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux system operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
