About the role

QA Engineer

Ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of platforms powering Cohere Health’s AI-driven clinical decision support solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain QA processes, test strategies, and quality assurance automation
Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to meet healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution with developers to drive timely fixes
Investigate application issues using logs and monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana) and analyze test results
Communicate test findings clearly to stakeholders to support product decisions
Continuously improve testing efficiency, coverage, and automation
Participate in test case and code reviews, providing feedback to raise overall product quality

Requirements

2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance
Hands-on automated testing experience with JUnit and Cypress
Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication skills
Experience with distributed/offshore engineering teams is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

Pay & Perks

$95,000–$110,000 USD annually (salary range estimate; benefits include health insurance and 401k)
Fully remote with ~10% travel
