Role overview

Junior Software Engineer – AI Quality & Testing (Hourly contract) focused on quality engineering for AI-powered web and mobile products, especially video generation.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI-powered web and mobile products (video generation focus)
• Write detailed test cases and document bugs, edge cases, and product issues
• Contribute code improvements and fixes to TypeScript-based projects
• Analyze user feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations
• Apply structured quality engineering practices to enhance product performance
• Maintain organized documentation of testing processes and findings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience contributing to production codebases
• Portfolio of self-built projects
• Ability to navigate and contribute to complex codebases
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Interest in AI tools and video generation technologies
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
