QA Engineer — AI Product Testing & Support
Contract role (remote) supporting an AI-driven video generation platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough manual testing of the AI video generation platform, covering functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs/issues and deliver detailed reports to technical teams.
- Provide client-facing technical support, communicating complex technical information clearly.
- Develop and execute test cases and user scenarios to validate product updates and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback informs product enhancements.
- Maintain rigorous quality engineering standards and high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Strong experience in quality assurance, including manual testing and bug tracking.
- Experience in customer support or other client-facing roles; ability to explain technical concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ownership, reliability, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Background working with video generation/media technology is a plus.
