QA Automation Engineer (Python)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and validation of software quality solutions.
• Contribute to testing strategies and quality-related decision-making.
• Develop and evolve testing best practices, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and reusable automated tests.
• Execute and support multiple testing types including smoke, sanity, and regression.
• Perform exploratory testing and help improve overall QA coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Strong test automation experience, with a strong preference for Python.
• UI testing experience for web and mobile.
• Experience with API test automation, especially with Postman (highly valued).
• Understanding of QA methodologies and levels of testing (e.g., unit, integration, system testing).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language; strong preference for Python.
• Experience with UI test automation (e.g., Python / Selenium / Pytest).
• Working experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with QA tooling and practices around broader CI/testing quality processes.
