Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Contract, Remote)

Help train next-generation AI systems by improving the way models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior AI experience is required—strong engineering fundamentals are the priority.

Responsibilities

Develop features and refactor codebases to improve maintainability
Debug complex software issues and deliver reliable solutions
Optimize for performance and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (preferably in remote settings)
Contribute to rigorous code reviews and software best practices

Requirements

Proficiency in Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript
Strong asset: experience with C++ or Go
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning
Proven ability to debug complex issues and ship maintainable solutions
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail

Nice to Haves

Experience with large-scale, distributed codebases
Familiarity with modern AI/ML systems
