Role Overview

Python Full Stack Developer (Remote)

You will build and enhance full-stack web applications, working across both frontend and backend systems. The role focuses on React for the frontend and Python/FastAPI for the backend, with end-to-end ownership from feature design through production support.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance React-based web applications
Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
Work with REST APIs, asynchronous services, and microservice-based architectures
Investigate software failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes
Participate in testing, code reviews, and production releases
Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to deliver new functionality
Support and improve applications running in Linux environments

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience
Strong React experience in production environments
Strong Python experience
Hands-on experience with FastAPI
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with REST APIs and JSON integrations
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Linux command line experience
Familiarity with Bash or Python scripting
Understanding of modern application architecture and software design principles

Nice to Have

WebSockets and real-time applications
Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
