About the role

Role Overview

You will join Netrolynx AI/Braintrust as a Software Engineer (Python Engineer), designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for clients. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, efficient software applications
Translate technical requirements into functional solutions with cross-functional teams
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality delivery
Apply software development best practices (version control, documentation, testing protocols)
Improve development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and after deployment
Support deployment and integration in client environments to ensure reliable operation and performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven software development experience (preferably in fast-paced environments)
Strong programming skills, including Python (also mentions Java/JavaScript)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong communication and proactive, collaborative problem-solving
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning

Nice to Have

More extensive experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization
Experience in fast-paced teams and exposure to modern industry trends and emerging technologies
