Role Overview

Python Developer (Hourly Contract) at Alignerr (Remote). You will review AI-generated Python code and help ensure solutions are correct, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and coding best practices.
Solve complex algorithmic challenges and produce high-quality Python solutions.
Provide clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving strategies.
Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in AI responses.

Requirements

B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI, plus advanced language features.
3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.
Excellent written communication skills for explaining technical concepts.

Preferred

Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
