Role overview

As a Python Developer (Contract), you will help support AI training by reviewing and improving AI-generated Python code. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for:
- correctness
- efficiency
- adherence to best practices
Solve complex algorithmic challenges and produce high-quality Python solutions
Write clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving approaches
Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in AI responses

Requirements

B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Deep expertise in Python, including modern web frameworks such as:
- Django
- Flask
- FastAPI
3–5+ years of professional experience building production-level Python
Exceptional written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred / Nice to have

Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems

Commitment & compensation

Remote
10–40 hours/week
$60–$90/hour (hourly contract)
