About the role

Role Overview

Fullstack Developer (Python/React) working remotely with a requirement to overlap the PST timezone (6–8 hours). You will build both the frontend and backend of core product workflows in an async remote environment.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve frontend systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
Design and ship Python backends, including secure, high-performance APIs and services
Own PostgreSQL data modeling: queries, migrations, and performance optimization
Integrate internal and external APIs to support core product workflows
Deploy and operate services on AWS
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, and documentation
Communicate clearly with a fast-moving, async remote team

Requirements

Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Solid backend experience in Python with modern frameworks
Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design and performance
Experience deploying and running production systems on AWS
Strong communication skills and remote collaboration
