Contribute to a remote talent network by designing and overseeing evaluations of coding tasks and analyzing system behavior across real-world engineering scenarios. The work spans multiple programming languages and supports research teams with actionable evaluation insights.

What you’ll be doing

Design and oversee coding task evaluations across multiple languages: Python, Java, C, JavaScript, TypeScript
Develop test cases to assess system performance under diverse engineering scenarios
Analyze system behavior on real-world use cases to identify strengths and improvement areas
Communicate evaluation insights and results clearly to research teams
Contribute to high-impact open-source projects and support system optimization

What we’re looking for

Strong open-source experience, with an active GitHub (or similar) profile
Deep familiarity with one or more of: Python, Java, C, JavaScript, TypeScript
Knowledge of widely used libraries, frameworks, and development tools
Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and scalable code patterns
Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed/asynchronous teams
Proactive mindset: identify improvement areas independently and execute with minimal oversight
Experience with Git, CI/CD systems, and open-source workflows
