Python Developer

Role Overview

Python Developer (AI/ML Preferred) for W2 / Full-Time work in the United States (onsite/hybrid/remote depending on client requirements). Visa sponsorship is limited to work-authorized candidates excluding H1B.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive analytics and automation.
• Implement data processing pipelines and model integration workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and enterprise systems.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and follow software best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python for developing and deploying backend applications.
• Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models and working with predictive analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
