About the role

Role Overview

You will be a Python Developer working on the middle layer of an enterprise reporting platform. The role focuses on building, testing, and deploying RESTful microservices that generate comprehensive reports based on financial statements and models.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices and shared service components for enterprise reporting.
Write clean, scalable, maintainable code and create comprehensive automated tests (unit, functional, performance, acceptance).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps and UI/UX) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement to enhance code quality and performance.
Ensure production reliability, availability, and resilience via monitoring and troubleshooting.
Implement scalable calculations and data processing for large datasets.
Automate deployment and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Proven Python development experience.
Expertise with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Experience with data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling.
Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code and solve complex problems.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
