Role overview

Join a high-impact team as a Python Developer working on core infrastructure. You’ll help architect the connectivity layer between internal systems and external platforms, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

Design and build high-performance Python services with scalability and reliability in mind.
Architect integrations with third-party APIs and external platforms; establish patterns for the wider team.
Own system reliability for distributed systems handling real financial workloads.
Convert business requirements into technical architecture; collaborate with product, design, and engineering.
Maintain high code quality: write clean, testable, efficient Python and lead thorough code reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of Python development with strong backend expertise.
Experience building high-performance APIs using FastAPI or other ASGI frameworks.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems design.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preferred), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills (e.g., MariaDB, MongoDB).
Good architectural judgment under pressure.
Clear, direct communication with both engineers and product leads.

Nice to have

Experience with SSO and Identity Providers, especially Keycloak.

Work model / location

Hybrid model: remote or from the office / Kindgeek London Hub (Lviv).
