Python Developer Intern

Role Overview

TechFlow is seeking a Remote Python Developer Intern to help build and improve workflow automation solutions within an AI tool. You’ll work closely with the development team and the CTO to design, implement, and optimize Python-based automation that streamlines company processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO and users to design and implement Python-based automation solutions.
• Develop and integrate efficient workflows to improve the functionality of an AI tool.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient Python code.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation/workflow issues.
• Assist with testing and validating the accuracy and efficiency of new features.
• Participate in project meetings and provide insights on automation opportunities.
• Continuously improve workflows using feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least one year of completed coursework.
• Solid understanding of Python and API usage.
• Basic familiarity with AI concepts and tools (plus).
• Experience/coursework in data manipulation, APIs, or automation tools (beneficial).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP), APIs, or related platforms.
• Understanding of databases, data structures/algorithms, and core software development principles.
• Understanding of data scrapers, AI tool usage, or MCP servers.
