Python Developer Intern

Role Overview

TechFlow is seeking a Remote Python Developer Intern to help build and improve workflows that automate company processes inside an AI tool. You’ll work closely with the development team and the CTO to design, implement, and optimize Python-based solutions.

Internship duration: 3 months

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO and users to design and implement Python-based automation solutions for business processes
• Develop and integrate efficient workflows to enhance the AI tool’s functionality
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in workflows and automation processes
• Assist with testing and validating accuracy and efficiency of new features and tools
• Participate in project team meetings and share insights for automation opportunities
• Continuously improve workflows and processes using feedback and performance data

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; at least 1 year of completed coursework
• Solid understanding of Python and API usage
• Familiarity with basic AI concepts and tools (plus)
• Experience or coursework related to data manipulation, APIs, or automation tools (beneficial)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) and relevant platforms/APIs
• Understanding of databases, data structures, algorithms, and software development principles
• Familiarity with data scraping, AI tool use, or MCP servers
