Role Overview

Python Developer Intern (Summer Internship Program) at Precisely.

Program type: Paid, part-time internship for undergraduate students currently enrolled in university
Duration: 10 weeks (June 8, 2026 → August 14, 2026)
Location/Work: 100% remote anywhere in the US (must be located in the US during the internship)
Team: Work closely with the R&D team

What You Will Do

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Python applications
Collaborate with teammates to understand requirements and implement features
Learn and use Pydantic to define and validate data models
Write clean, well-documented code (with guidance)
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback
Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
Support testing and CI/CD processes

What We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science (or related)
Basic Python knowledge
Eagerness to learn the Python ecosystem, frameworks, and libraries
Interest in object-oriented programming and REST APIs
Exposure to Git and testing concepts is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to take initiative and accept feedback
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Preferred Requirements

Interest in AI/ML Python libraries or frameworks
Exposure to backend development or data engineering concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
