Role Overview

Python Technical Lead / Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI & GCP) — Remote.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python.
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using LLMs (e.g., Gemini).
Design, train, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and other GCP services.
Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and promote best practices.

5+ years of ML experience in production environments.
Strong Python skills with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
Strong GCP experience, including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
