Role Overview

Software Engineer / Python Developer at SynergisticIT. You’ll design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for clients, working with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver on timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions based on client and project requirements
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers for smooth execution
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain quality
Contribute to documentation (technical specs, system architecture, user guides)
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality
Support maintenance and enhancements of existing applications
Ensure adherence to coding, security, and data privacy best practices
Stay current with industry tools, trends, and technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven software development experience
Proficiency in one or more: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, version control, and database management
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong communication skills and proactive learning mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
