Role Overview

Micro1 is seeking a Software Engineer (Python Developer) to design, develop, and maintain software applications for a diverse client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (product management, QA, and UX) to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy software applications aligned with project requirements and company standards
• Collaborate with product teams to translate user needs into technical specifications
• Maintain and improve existing systems, including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements
• Ensure code quality via code reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven software development experience with proficiency in Python (also mentions Java and C++)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control, and software testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
