Python Developer

Role Overview

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Python Developer for a 100% remote, full-time W2 position (in-house SOW engagement). You will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously enhancing enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and development for complex Python applications.
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and identify root causes of production issues.
• Write secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code with strong attention to:
  • Concurrency
  • Fault tolerance
  • Observability
• Produce architecture/design artifacts and ensure adherence to performance and enterprise standards.
• Develop and optimize data processing logic for large datasets, including:
  • Extraction, transformation, validation
  • Deduplication and enrichment
  • Performance tuning for batch and near-real-time workloads.
• Partner with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate ambiguous business problems into well-engineered solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong fundamentals in software architecture, data engineering, and operational support.
• Hands-on ability to build distributed, mission-critical systems.
• Candidates must complete a mandatory technical coding assessment.

• Experience operating reliably in distributed production environments.
• Strong ability to raise the engineering bar and contribute proactively across the team.
