Python Developer

Role Overview

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, build, and continuously enhance enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role supporting distributed, mission-critical production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end design and development for complex enterprise Python applications and advanced technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, production-ready Python code and implement algorithms that perform reliably in distributed systems.
• Ensure thoughtful handling of concurrency, fault-tolerance, and observability.
• Create architecture and design artifacts and help maintain adherence to enterprise standards and performance requirements.
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets, including:
  • extraction, transformation, validation
  • deduplication and enrichment
  • batch and performance tuning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python developer.
• Strong Python expertise and solid fundamentals in software architecture, data engineering, and operational support.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-engineered solutions.
• Willingness to work directly as a full-time W2 employee (no C2C/1099/third-party).
• Technical coding assessment is mandatory.

Nice to Have / Additional Notes

• Experience with distributed systems, operational support, and raising engineering quality.
• H1B sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates; H1B transfers welcomed.
