Python Developer

Role: Python Developer

You will design, build, and continuously enhance complex enterprise-grade applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms. This is a hands-on engineering position supporting robust, secure, and high-performance Python systems in distributed, mission-critical production environments.

Location & Employment

• 100% remote — Continental United States
• Full-time, direct W2 employment with Bright Vision Technologies
• In-house SOW engagement (no third-party client/vendor)
• Long-term, multi-year alignment to delivery roadmap

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced troubleshooting for complex enterprise Python applications.
• Write secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code and implement reliable algorithms for distributed systems.
• Consider concurrency, fault-tolerance, and observability in system behavior.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts; ensure daily development follows performance and enterprise standards.
• Develop and optimize data processing for large-scale datasets, including:
  • extraction, transformation, validation, deduplication, enrichment
  • performance tuning for batch and near-real-time processing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer
• Strong fundamentals in software architecture, data engineering, and operational support
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-engineered technical solutions
• Strong debugging mindset: identify root causes of complex issues and proactively improve engineering practices

Assessments / Application Notes

• A technical coding assessment is mandatory

Compensation

• $100,000–$150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus benefits
