Python Developer

Role Overview

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Python Developer for a 100% remote in-house (direct W2) long-term engagement. The role is hands-on and focused on building and enhancing enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex enterprise Python applications and automation systems.
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for non-trivial production issues.
• Write secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code with attention to:
  • concurrency
  • fault tolerance
  • observability
• Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure implementation follows enterprise standards, constraints, and performance requirements.
• Develop and optimize data processing pipelines for large datasets, including:
  • extraction, transformation, validation
  • deduplication and enrichment
  • performance tuning for batch and near-real-time processing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong Python expertise and fundamentals in:
  • software architecture
  • data engineering
  • operational/production support
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-engineered technical solutions.
• Must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee (no C2C/1099/third-party arrangements).
• Technical coding assessment is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting distributed and mission-critical production environments.
